Porcelain Paving Installation And Landscaping
The main aspect of this project was the Porcelain paving that has been installed around the property. Using Canada GR London Stone, both sides of the garden have received the same treatment, with the bordering pathways leading into the main patio area and garden space. The paving around the home has a small gap remaining, to allow for air flow and a damp proof course in the future.
Our team also installed retaining walls on both sides of the garden, which will later be rendered in silicone to match the new extension. Drainage has been installed along the property to prevent flooding and water runoff issues, leading directly into the main drainage system.
Alongside the porcelain paving installation, we have also renovated the main garden by installing turf and stonework features throughout. The garden already had a stunning focal feature of a large palm tree, which we have kept in the final design and worked around.
Some later work is required to get the garden exactly how our client desired, such as creating flower beds and adding more planting. Watch the full video of the transformation here.
