If you are looking at new paving for your swimming pool area we can create a long-lasting way to boost your whole property’s value while creating a more appealing space to unwind in.
Deciding what you need can sometimes be a challenge, we are here to help with a wide range of paving solutions so that you can choose the right one for your outside space.
Our team are full of great ideas for brightening up your pool area, starting with the right bullnose pavers or coping and working outward to paving slabs, flags that will lead up to your outdoor pool.
Around the pool, textured paving can be used to encourage safety—a cleft surface will help keep a non-slip area around the edge of your pool. Porcelain paving is a good choice if you are looking to prevent algae growth and reduce staining. It is a low-maintenance option for the long term and offers water and salt resistance.
Removing your old paving and coping is often the first step if you’re redoing an existing pool area. This provides a great opportunity to start again, picking out a new colour scheme from scratch.
A popular choice is paving in neutral shades like buff, brown, and grey. These are not only very safe choices for your swimming pool paving, but they are also versatile and work well as part of a broader contemporary, Mediterranean, or traditional theme.
You can also choose from a range of surface textures from smooth porcelain slabs to the characteristic textured finish of classic limestone.

Our brief was to ceate a new paved area to the rear of a property including levelling existing ground and replacing the pool surround.
This project was completed in two phases due to the size of the outside area. In phase 1 we removed the existing paving and created one level around the pool and patio. We used porcelain paving slabs from London Stone for this project. They have very little absorption so work well around a pool area.
We created a new dining area all on one level with seating and relaxing areas. We added some new low level planting and some new bedding areas, we also extended some of the paved areas to give more room for garden furniture.
