Block Paving Installation, Epsom Driveway
Good morning everyone, Andrew from S&D Paving & Landscaping here in Epsom. We have just started a new job this week – we’re doing a patio and driveway. The customers have requested that we use a block paver for this one. So we are going to do a block paving driveway and we are going to bring it all the way around the property front, back and sides.
This is just a little video of the back. As you can see, this is our access on this one, very limited through a garage again. We’ve got a manhole cover to recess – it’s an old paving driveway, we’ve got to do a full dig out in this. The guys were here this morning before me, they’ve already excavated the back. As you can see here, it’s the remnants of where the grab truck was. He’s been here and taken it away.
We’re just bringing our MOT in to get it compacted and then we’ve got our sharp sand for laying on. So that’s the job for this week and probably a little bit of next. So I look forward to giving you an update in due course.
This is our final video of a driveway and patio we have completed in Epsom, well just off the border between Ewell and Epsom. As you can see we’ve used Tobermore on this. We have brought it right up to the property, right across and around to the train. We’ve also fitted a new turf lawn.
That’s the front, I’ll now carry you through to the back as well. As you can see, a recessed manhole cover and we’ll go through to the back.
Block Paving Patio
This is the rear of the property. This customer requested that she had a block paving patio to match the front driveway. So this is the finished video of the block paving patio. Again to match the front as you can see we’ve complemented a curve of the lawn that a customer wanted and we’ve done a beautiful Tobermore block Paving Patio.
As you can see where our level’s come up, we’ve kept a natural drain around the property. So we don’t encourage the damp.
